Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is centrally located. This made sightseeing easy. I liked the water stations available on each floor. It saved me from having to buy bottled water. The staff was always pleasant and eager to assist with directions and recommendations. THEY even helped me store my luggage after checkout.
I noticed the elevator wait times were occasionally long, particularly during peak hours.

The room included a nespresso maker. This was a great addition for morning coffee. The bathroom had ample counter space. This made getting ready easier. The room's decor was modern and the bed was quite comfortable.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to major attractions. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. I found the lobby coffee and tea station convenient, especially in the morning. Refillable water bottles were available. It helped reduce plastic waste.

the front desk upgraded our room after an ac issue. it was a kind gesture. the upgraded room was on a top floor. raquel was particularly helpful during this process. she ensured everything was smooth and comfortable.

excellent location and service
convenient subway nespresso coffee excellent service
i've stayed at club quarters before and i appreciate their consistency. the subway was a short walk away making city exploration simple. nespresso coffee in the room and sparkling water in the lobby were nice additions. raquel provided excellent service making the experience nice.
the heat and ac unit never fully shut off and i could hear street noises

the room was clean and well maintained housekeeping services were available upon request and the checkout time was at noon which is convenient for late departures i found the room to be adequately sized.
