The hotel is centrally located. This made sightseeing easy. I liked the water stations available on each floor. It saved me from having to buy bottled water. The staff was always pleasant and eager to assist with directions and recommendations. THEY even helped me store my luggage after checkout.
I noticed the elevator wait times were occasionally long, particularly during peak hours.

i've stayed at club quarters before and i appreciate their consistency. the subway was a short walk away making city exploration simple. nespresso coffee in the room and sparkling water in the lobby were nice additions. raquel provided excellent service making the experience nice.
the heat and ac unit never fully shut off and i could hear street noises
